Lately I've taken to watching Max sleep. I used to do this a long time ago when he first came home. I think I did it then because I couldn't believe he was home with us and also because I was paranoid that he'd stop breathing. (Go Hypochondriac Worriers!) Now I think I do it because it's so unusual to see him still and in repose. I wonder what he is dreaming and then I wonder at all he's done and learned in the day. Like a voyeur I snap his picture and try to save the moment forever.
April 26, 2009. Completely relaxed and peaceful.

Friday, May 8 - Ballet Boy

We had a most beautiful walk post rain on Monday night. I'm so glad we went out even though it was a bit chilly. He was perfectly content in snooze.

Tuesday night, May 12 - Frogger
